DocServe Preparation Services is a web-based management system that provides a controlled environment that will unite attorneys practicing chapter 7 bankruptcies with our proven processing center. We have gathered 26 dedicated professional preparers together in an effort to prepare and satisfy all chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, means test and other documents under the new Bankruptcy Code. The program helps attorneys save time and money by cutting down their document preparation time to a minimum, therefore making their practice more lucrative under the new Bankruptcy Code.

Our chapter 7 bankruptcy petition processing center has produce over 250,000 high quality and accurate chapter 7 petitions over the past 15 years. In 2005, the center produced over 20,000 chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions for over 200 self-help centers.

With the expansion of the processing center in 2006, we have created the DocServe Preparation Services web-based management system and will be making it available effective October 1, 2006 to all attorneys who handle chapter 7 bankruptcies across the United States.
