What Information do we collect about you?

Like most web servers on the Internet, our servers collect and store all of the information you input, such as your name, username, password, address, type of person you are and email address when you register for Managing Your Money - CareOne's Learning Center ("Program"). We use your information to identify you, your test scores and completion of the final exam for the Program. Our server also tracks your domain, and numerical internet address of the "host" computer (typically a computer belonging to your Internet Service Provider and not your personal computer) from which you access the Internet; the date and time you accessed our Program; the Internet address of the web page that you came from; the page you requested from our Program and the number of characters sent to your computer; and the information your web browser software sends as its so-called "User Agent," which typically identifies the browser software and may also indicate the operating system and type of CPU used in your personal computer. The logs are periodically summarized and analyzed in order to study Program usage over time and to perform other studies to help us improve the Program's organization, performance, and usefulness. The information you register in the Program may be edited, or deleted in its entirety, at our sole discretion.

We collect two types of information: non-personally identifiable information and personally identifiable information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, Managing Your Money - CareOne's Learning Center study chapters and testing in which visitors to the Site enroll, whether or not visitors to the Site complete the study chapters and testing in which they enroll and the degree of successful completion of the study courses and testing. The non-personally identifiable information we collect helps us identify the most popular areas of the Site and determine the effectiveness of Managing Your Money - CareOne's Learning Center. We use this non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to perform statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of visitors to the Site.

Personally Identifiable Information

In certain areas of the Site - for example, when registering to enroll in the study chapters section or if You seek to obtain recognition for completing Managing Your Money - CareOne's Learning Center- we request that You provide us with personally identifiable information. CareOne will not provide this personally identifiable information to any third party.

What information do we disclose?

We may disclose some of the non-personally identifiable statistical information to agencies, banks and other financial organizations, to inform them of the number of people who have participated in Managing Your Money - CareOne's Learning Center as well as statistical data on the success of Managing Your Money - CareOne's Learning Center.

We do not give, sell or transfer personally identifiable information to any third party except as necessary to operate the Program website or to enforce our legal rights.

Your Submissions

Other than the non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable information described above, any communication or material You send to the Site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to responses to study courses and testing and comments, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By making a Submission to us on the Site, You agree to grant and hereby grant to us and any party authorized by one of us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable and transferable license to reproduce, distribute, perform or display (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works from and otherwise use and exploit the Submissions (and to authorize others to do the same), in whole or in part and as may be edited or modified by us or any party authorized by one of us, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, in any form or media now existing or hereafter devised, without obligation of any kind. You also agree not to make any Submissions that violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others (including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right) or that are otherwise unlawful. You will be solely liable for (and will indemnify and hold us and any party authorized by us harmless from) any damages arising from and relating to the Submissions or the use thereof, in whole or in part, by us or any party authorized by us.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a small file that a Web site transfers to your computer's hard disk allowing our server to "remember" specific information about your session. While visiting the Program you may occasionally encounter a page that employs cookies to make it easier to use the dynamic features of our Program. The cookie and the information about your session will be destroyed automatically shortly after you close your browser-it is not permanently stored on your computer. Electronic Mail

When you send us personal identifying information via e-mail (that is, in a message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a form that e-mails us this information); we use it to respond to your requests. We do not retain or distribute lists of e-mail addresses to any parties outside of CareOne or OneSource except as required by law or with your consent. In no event, do we distribute lists of e-mail addresses for commercial purposes. Electronic mail is not secure. Therefore, we suggest that you don't send personal information to us via email. We will only send you general information via email.

Children

The Program is not directed towards children and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
