| Dennis M. Dice, President/CEO |
As founder and President/CEO of OneSource, Mr. Dice has over 15 years of experience in authoring financial books, developing innovative educational programs, and conceptual marketing and counseling systems for the financial, credit and insurance industry.
Prior to founding OneSource, Mr. Dice co-founded Debt Alliance Services, LLC which was recognized by over 50 AADMO, AICCCA and NFCC members as a national credit education company that helps credit counseling agencies fulfill their 501(c)3 educational requirements with the IRS, creditors and state agencies. His conceptual thinking and vision for creating counseling and educational programs has helped educate over 46,000 consumers in the areas of budgeting, savings, and use of credit and overall money management across 46 states.

| Chuck Blommaert, Sr. VP/Chief Operating Office |
Prior to becoming a partner in OneSource, Mr. Blommaert was the chief operations officer at Springboard Non-Profit Consumer Credit Management where he oversaw the implementation of the bankruptcy counseling and debtor educations programs for them. He has been in both the consumer and commercial lending industry for over 30 years. He has significant call center, system development and deployment experience. Most of his time has been in the operations of major lenders such as HSBC, Chase, Verizon, and Manufacture Hanover Mortgage.
As Chief Operating Officer of OneSource, Mr. Blommaert oversees all day-to-day operations including program development, marketing and partner relations. His 30 years experience lends itself well with the company's mission to supply financial education and counseling programs to financial and credit industry. Mr. Blommaert completed the Bachelor of Science - Business Management program from LeTourneau University, Longview, TX.

| Blake Visin, VP of Server Administration & Operations |
Prior to becoming a partner in OneSource, Mr. Visin was lead programmer and system administrator for Debt Alliance Services, LLC. He was in charge of PHP and HTML programming and support on all educational programs and websites for the credit counseling industry. Programs included the DebtGuard Management System, DebtGuard Financial Literacy Program and the MakingCents Financial Literacy Program.
As VP of Server Administration & Operations his responsibilities include Linux Server Administration, Networking, SQL Database Design and Administration, in-house Printing Operations and day-to-day Fulfillment Operations. Mr. Visin has extensive training in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, C, C++, and Javascript. He is currently working toward a degree in computer science at the California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

| Bryan Downing, VP of Program Development & Design |
Prior to becoming a partner in OneSource, Mr. Downing was lead graphic designer for Debt Alliance Services, LLC. He was in charge of interface design, program development, and layout for all educational programs and materials for the credit counseling industry. Programs included the DebtGuard Management System, DebtGuard Financial Literacy Program and the MakingCents Financial Literacy Program.
As VP of Program Development & Design his responsibilities include program research, design, layout, testing, and support to all company programs. He also manages all in-house printing as well as coordinating all print jobs with offset printers for our clients.
